Each item in our store is created with spiritual intention, care, and energetic integrity. Due to the sacred nature of our tarot and oracle decks , and to protect the energy of each tool, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Send us a email at support@houseofsoloratarot.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
